PAYMENT METHOD
 
All payments should be made by Policy owner or Insured.
By Post
You can make a crossed cheque payable to "YF Life Insurance International Ltd.". Please write down your policy number(s) and Insured's name(s) on the back of the cheque. Post-dated cheque will not be accepted.
Please mail your cheque and the Payment Slip to our offices at:
Hong Kong: Suite 1208, Tower 6, The Gateway, 9 Canton Road, Tsimshatsui, Hong Kong
Macau: Avenida Doutor Mario Soares No. 320, Finance and IT Center of Macau, 8 Andar A, Macau
For premium payment by Cashier Order / Bank Order, bank receipt should be provided.
 
Counter Service (You must present the premium notice / YF Life's Payment Slip to the counter.)
Hong Kong - Any branch of Bank of China (HK) Ltd. / Citibank N.A. Hong Kong
Macau - Any branch of Bank of China (Macau Branch) / LUSO International Banking Ltd.
Please allow three working days for payment processing and confirmation upon payment being received by our Hong Kong Head Office.
 
FPS (Applicable to bank accounts in Hong Kong only)
You may simply scan the QR code provided, follow the instructions on the screen and then use the mobile banking apps to make payment via FPS.

e-Policy Service - In "Payment Inquiry", select the "Premium Transfer through FPS" option.
The payment can be received immediately, however please allow one working day for payment processing and confirmation upon payment being received by our Hong Kong Head Office.
 
By PPS (Policy Issued in Hong Kong only)
You can make your payment through:
1. Payment by Phone System (PPS) via a dial-tone telephone or visit PPS web site www.ppshk.com and transfer the premium due from any designated bank account
2. Your Internet Banking Services (if available)
Please allow three working days for payment processing and confirmation upon payment being received by our Hong Kong Head Office.

Bill No.: 8-digit Policy Number (The 11-digit PPS Payment Number registered is still valid)
 
By HSBC/Hang Seng Bank Bill Payment  (Hong Kong ATM only)
You can make your HSBC or Hang Seng Bank payment through ATM. Bill Account Number is your policy number (please refer to the front page of this premium notice).
Please allow three working days for payment processing and confirmation upon payment being received by our Hong Kong Head Office.
 
By JETCO
You can make your payment through:
1. JETCO's ATM
2. Your Internet Banking Services or phone banking service (if available)

The JETCO bill number is your policy number.
Bill Type (Hong Kong only) : 01 - Renewal Premium
 
By Bank of China (Hong Kong) - Cheque Deposit Machine (CDM)
You may deposit your premium-payment cheque through the CDM at any branch of Bank of China (HK). On the CDM screen, select the YF Life bill, then enter Bill Type, your policy number and cheque amount to complete the procedure.
Please allow three working days for payment processing and confirmation upon payment being received by our Hong Kong Head Office.
 
By Bank of China (Macau Branch) - BOCNET (Personal) / BOC Express
You may transfer the premium from your designated bank through BOCNET (Personal) / BOC Express provided by Bank of China (Macau Branch).
Please allow three working days for payment processing and confirmation upon payment being received by our Hong Kong Head Office.
 
Payment made in Person at Cashier Office

Important Notes
If the above Payment Methods are not used, please provide verification satisfactory to us that you have credited YF Life's account. You are also required to pay all costs and/or charges necessary for providing such verification. Failure to provide such proof of payment will be treated as non-payment. Meanwhile, YF Life reserves the right to refuse or withhold such payment, which may result in the delay or declining of your application or services requested. In such cases, YF Life will not be responsible for any loss or bank charges entailed and/or policy lapse because of non-payment.
 
If you opt to settle the premium by cash, please make payment in person at our Cashier Office or at designated banks. To avoid any misunderstanding, please do not use cash payment by third parties.
